I have been dabbling in bread making lately and have discovered the perfect cycle for my loaves. Fresh loaf of bread means the old loaf gets turned into croutons. Any old croutons get turned into bread crumbs. Thus I have created a forever cycle of bread. Bread Infinity.
Gave pistachio milk a go today. Soaked 1 cup of raw pistachios along with a handful of cashews (for extra creaminess) in water overnight. Drained and rinsed this morning and then blended them with 3 cups of fresh water, a pinch of salt and squirt of oil. Pretty good results – Iโd like to do…
