Pistachio Milk


Gave pistachio milk a go today.

Soaked 1 cup of raw pistachios along with a handful of cashews (for extra creaminess) in water overnight.

Drained and rinsed this morning and then blended them with 3 cups of fresh water, a pinch of salt and squirt of oil.

Pretty good results – I’d like to do a high ratio of pistachio to water for more flavor. And potentially sweeten it as well.
